The Visionary Leadership Program for the Canadian Public Servants consists of one basic, preparatory element to foster and support the level of openness and awareness that is necessary for participants to fully benefit from the three Advanced elements of the program.

Each participant will undergo The Visionary Leadership Intensive to learn the foundation of the paradigm shifting series of programs. The different workshops build from one to the next so that you achieve the necessary foundation. This is a highly specialized interactive workshop where you will be asked to move from "old paradigm" thinking into "NEW paradigm" ACTION! We are glad to be able to allow ANY Canadian Public Service Employee to join us for this series of life-changing workshops. To be eligible to finish the series of workshops - You MUST take them in the order listed below.

This course will be taught by Kevin Billett – founder of the Visionary Leadership Programs as a special offering JUST for Canadian Public Servants. It is being offered in a "retreat" format to offer the best possible experience. • Uncover and clear the damaging and undermining traps of 'victim' and 'blame' games while taking wholesome responsibility for standing in the truth of one's own Self.
• Free one's self from mistakes and failures by embracing past adversity and recognizing at the deepest levels the organic lessons life has already taught.
• Take the "leadership lampshade" off and let one's highest potential radiate as one gives unbridled permission and encouragement for others to do the same.

In this second Advanced module participants will learn to:

• Move beyond old paradigms of compulsive ’winner takes all‘ competition and harness the exponential power of cooperative collaboration.
• Face uncertainty, challenge and crisis with clarity, confidence and inspiration.
• Uncover and clear specific deep-seated ’ego traps‘ that have sabotaged and sidelined one in the past and free one's self to operate from a deeper clarity and an unshakable sense of purpose.
• Understand the root causes of others' automatic drives and unconscious behavioral patterns.
• Free one's self from the need to react to life’s circumstances with games control, compliance or rebellion.
• Communicate more consciously, clearly and powerfully from a deeper place of truth.
• Tune into the body's inner guidance system, and trust in its innate genius.
• Uncover one's true leadership purpose and vision – and the steps needed to manifest them.

In this third Advanced module participants will learn to:

• Elegantly embody and employ the five foundations of Conscious Presentations.
• Win and develop deep rapport with one's audience.
• Communicate naturally from authentic exposure and the deepest truth.
• Speak authentically and compellingly in private and public settings with ease and confidence.
• Give conscious feedback to others from openness and compassion.
• Receive constructive feedback from a place of openness and discernment.
• Communicate subtly and effectively with advanced skills that influence others at the deepest level.
• Interact deeply and purposefully with an individual while holding the riveted attention of the group.
• Give group presentations naturally and effectively, from the impassioned core of one's being.

• Engender and galvanize the trust, loyalty and passion of others in support of a shared vision.
• Create dynamic presentations to communicate and present with vision from one's deep core passion.
