Visionary Leadership Program for the Canadian Public Servants

The Visionary Leadership Program for the Government Leaders starts with and builds on three introductory and preparatory programs to foster and support the level of openness and awareness that is necessary for participants to fully benefit from the three Advanced Visionary Leadership elements of the program.
Half-day Orientation program
This program provides introductory teaching and practical experience that allows candidates to begin to familiarize themselves with:
- The language and power of conscious awareness.
- The extraordinary power of our innate wisdom.
- Discover and clear limiting beliefs that can keep you from stepping into your innate leadership potential.
1-day Dynamic Leadership Day
This one-day program allows for the participants to:
- Identify and clear out limiting beliefs and social conditioning which stand in the way of true clarity.
- Transform resistance to assistance in yourself and others.
- Dismantle the unconscious behaviors which prevent you from achieving ultimate peak performance.
- Learn and optimize your potential to "Think outside the box".
- Uncover your own greatness, your innate leadership qualities.
2-day Visionary Leadership Intensive
This two-day program combines teaching and practical experience to allow participants to:
- Dive deeply into the experience of conscious awareness.
- Allow the emotions that have clouded your judgment to be released naturally and effortlessly.
- Discover how, until now, their past has been the dominant force that defined their future.
- Experience the profound shifts that arise from clearing old programming, fears and negative conditioning.
- Experience inner poise and assurance in the midst of ANY challenge.
- Awaken to the possibility of a brand new and different form of leadership born from conscious awareness.
- Begin leading from present time awareness, no longer projecting past conditioning and failures into the future.
- Wake-up your natural ability to manage and release fear, stress and anxiety.
- Uncover the authentic Visionary Leader within.
